Winemaking and Aging
Aging is carried out with 50% in new barrels, 35% in concrete amphorae, and 15% in barrels from a previous vintage.
James Suckling rated the wine 99-100/100 and described it as follows: “full-bodied yet so tight and focused with superb fruit and transparency”.
Shipping fees are to be paid when the wines become deliverable in Spring 2025.
