Paul Jaboulet Aine

It all started nearly two centuries ago when La Chapelle vineyard was established by Antoine Jaboulet in Hermitage. Today, the Maison’s vineyards still hold their incredible notoriety but are now in the hands of the Frey family since 2006. Also, owners of the famous Chateau La Lagune in Bordeaux the Freys purchased Maison Paul Jaboulet Ainé in hopes of gaining back its admirable 1990’s worldwide success.

Caroline Frey, the eldest of the family and oenologist for Paul Jaboulet Ainé is now at the head of the company, following biodynamic practices and quickly becoming one of the top winemakers in France.
