Salon
In 1905, Eugène-Aimé Salon created his first ever cuvée of Blanc de Blancs, which was the first Champagne issued from a single grape varietal and unheard of at the time; A century later, the Maison’s Blanc de Blancs still remains the flagship of the brand. Destined for its owner and his friend’s personal consumption, Salon’s Blanc de Blanc’s first vintage was deemed as low quality by Aimé Salon and pushed him to perfect the Champagne. Today, the House has acquired countless reviews and awards by critics around the world, but still puts forth the same values and philosophy; Generosity, friendship, and greatness.
The House’s production is limited to 60,000-80,000 bottles per vintage, which are for the most part destined for export to countries like Japan, which is its biggest importer and a few other exclusive locations including a few stared Michelin Parisian restaurants.
