Bollinger

The story begins with a family affair, when Anthanase de Villermont, descendent of nobles inherits large parcels of land in Aÿ-Champagne. Anthanase quickly realizes the potential of Champagne-making in the region, but is incapable of pursuing such business ventures given his status. When Anthanase meets Joseph Bollinger and Paul Renaudin, the three quickly become business partners and founders of what is now one of Champagne’s largest powerhouses.
