RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a buyer you are entitled to a cancellation period according to French consumer law (L.221-18) . This “cooling-off” period is 14 days after receiving your order. The exchange or reimbursement of your order will take place within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods. Reimbursement is only due in fiat currencies through the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction (In no case in Bitcoin or Crypto currency because of volatility).

In addition, the Customer may, upon express written request, exercise his/her right of withdrawal as of conclusion of the contract.

The order has to be returned in its original packaging and along with the invoice. The shipping cost (initial and return) as well as the preparation costs are at the charge of the buyer.
If the goods are not suitable for return (damages, health protection…) the right to cancel does not apply.
