Produced by Château Pavie, Les Arômes de Pavie is the estate’s second wine. The 2025 vintage is crafted from a balanced blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc, sourced from a dedicated limestone plateau parcel in Saint-Émilion Grand Cru.

The wine reveals intense black fruit, blackberry, cassis, plum, floral notes, graphite, tobacco and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is dense, structured and precise, with firm yet refined tannins, fresh acidity and a long saline, chalky finish.

A serious and age-worthy second wine of Château Pavie, combining the generosity of Merlot with the tension, freshness and elegance of Cabernet Franc.
