The Coste-Folcher Champagne House has been revived thanks to the determination of Arnaud Gavignet, a Burgundian winemaker and oenology teacher in Champagne. He worked with a Champagne winemaker to relaunch the brand and produce its first and only cuvée from the 2016 harvest.
