Blend : 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah
Château Lestours Clocher - Cuvée 1717 - 2020 Vacqueyras is crafted from the finest grapes of the estate's century-old vines, grown on clay-limestone soils with rolled pebbles. The fermentation occurs in wooden vats, followed by an extended maceration and aging in oak barrels for 18 to 37 months. The wine displays a deep ruby color with an intense nose of crushed strawberries, cherries, and prunes, complemented by spicy and toasty notes. On the palate, it offers flavors of cherries, wood, and spices, with silky tannins and a harmonious, full-bodied structure.
