Robert Parker's Wine Advocate : The NV Brut Cuvee Classique emerges from the glass with pears, hazelnuts and spices. This is a very pretty, generous NV Champagne. The warm, resonant finish offers excellent depth along with slightly burnished tones in the fruit that add complexity.

Blend : Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
