Robert Parker's Wine Advocate : The NV Brut 7 Crus is a blend of 90% Chardonnay with 10% Pinot Noir assembled from two vintages, here with 60% from 2015 and 40% from 2014. It is mostly fermented in stainless steel, and just one-half of the wine from 2014 was aged in barriques for six months. The wine opens with a very clear and delicate bouquet of ripe white fruits and flowers. On the palate, this is a round, intense, elegant, beautifully pure and refined blend with a long, aromatic yet precise, fresh and salty finish. This bottle was disgorged in February 2018.
