Palette

Located near the south of Aix-en-Provence, this AOC of about 50 hectares is mostly composed of Langesse limestone soils.  The main grape varieties grown in this appellation are: Clairette, white Grenache, Bourboulenc, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. The most famous producer of this region is Chateau Simone with its exceptional wines.
