Under Chanel, Rauzan-Ségla has enjoyed considerable renovation and renewed splendor, headed by the noted architect, Peter Marino, who designed the Chanel building in Tokyo and the Dior boutique in New York.
Chateau Rauzan-Ségla is well known for its ethical and organic approach to wine making. The estate’s 45 hectares of vineyard - planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot- typically use Shire horses to farm a portion of their vines echoing traditions of wine making history.
